Local parking garages

IMPORTANT - Orioles games on April 21, 22, 23. This will make on-street parking harder to find but we will be there early and that should help.

What to bring

- Your notebook, pen +/or pencil - comfortable clothes for asana, kriya, breathwork - a cozy shawl or covering if you prefer something of your own rather than the YogaWorks blankets - sense of humour - all the truth you can muster.

What to eat

We will have breaks for snacks and a longer break for one larger meal each day. Make sure you bring things that will keep you going that are simple to keep and easy to digest. Veggies + hummous, nuts + fruit, dairy or non-dairy yogurt, snack bars homemade or store bought, soups, smoothies. For your meal bring sandwiches, or wraps. Stew over grains. Maki rolls. Burritos. Rice paper rolls. Anything that fits easily into a tupperware bucket or a wrapper. There isn't anywhere to reheat food so something that can be room temperature is great. There is a small refrigerator if needed. I tend to like soup in a thermos later in the afternoon, or tea in a flask. Bring what you need to feel sustained.

We will stop for breaks at least every 2 hours to feed ourselves and our parking meters.

Nearby food

There is a raw juice bar on Riverside Street just 10 minutes walk from the studio. There is a small juice bar across the street from the studio. There is a natural foods store 2 blocks down Light Street. For afterwards there is a Mexican restaurant downstairs Blue Agave, Sobo Cafe is down the street for Mediterranean. Thai, sushi, and a 7-Eleven are all minutes away. But nothing that makes a meal fast enough to really sit and eat on our breaks so bring what suits you best.
