Martha's Kitchen :: Holiday Edition 1A

This is a great opportunity to learn how to cook a few great plant-based meals that you can share with your friends and families through the holidays and beyond. Sometimes our own barrier to better eating is the chance to share the kitchen with someone who can show you the way step by step and build your skills and repertoire. Beginners and advanced cooks are always welcome.

Recipes will be provided and available to take home. The dishes are chosen to support local, fall produce that can be found at the farmer’s markets.

After we’ve cooked, we will sit together and eat together so bring your own place setting (plate, bowl, silverware, and cup). This is one of my favorite parts of the gathering! And we will have a chance to discuss shared family food traditions, the role of food in our families and cultural heritage, and how to make healthy, sustainable choices for the year ahead.

Session 1 is two Saturdays: Nov. 9 and 23 from 5-8pm at my apartment

Session 2 is also two Saturdays Dec. 7 and 21 from 5-8pm at my apartment
