Each day we will cover one chakra, discussing its physical location, asana postures associated with it, physical ailments and remedies it affects, and two kundalini kriyas for you to practice together and then have forever to call on as needed.

Kundalini was originally a medicinal prescription for the maladies of the philosophers, priests, and royalty. Its sequences target specific areas within the physical and subtle bodies to strengthen, open and activate. When we are blocked we can become limited and unwell. Full health and vitality come from a perspective and an experience of ourselves at our full abilities; rooted and rising.

We will work our way through the book “The Kundalini Experience,” using it as a guide for our basic warmups and each kriya. When we are done the book will serve as a resource you can call on any time to reestablish your inner state and light.

Open to all levels - the curious student and the advanced teacher. We will start from the ground up (right in the feet) and introduce each layer of learning, one at a time from physiology through energetic/nadi channels, to the 10 subtle bodies. This workshop series also enables teachers to integrate the chakra system into their asana sequences for more refined outcomes.

60 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education credits if you are a YA certified teacher.
