“There are a lot of things we need. One of these needs is that for the mind to work for you for the whole day, it must be fresh and clear; it must be made livable. That is why it is a requirement rise early in the morning when nobody can disturb you, when you can be yourself. - Yogi Bhajan

SADHANA.practice : Traditionally, a kundalini Kriya is done each morning for 40 days in a row. To mimic this, I repeat the same sequence every class the duration of the month. At the start of the month, we start a new sequence. With duration the body grows stronger, the mind more familiar with the tasks and the outcome, the nervous system is stimulated and reset to handle greater challenge with less stress. Stay with it. Stay with it. Change is coming. You are more than you know. Make time for yourself.

But you can’t always get to class with me so I record each month’s sequence at home for you to watch and use when you have the time. The videos are on YouTube and the matching playlists are available on Spotify.

“Collecting the dots. Then connecting them. And then sharing the connections with those around you. This is how a creative human works. Collecting, connecting, sharing.”

Your donation matters. Invest in yourself. Pay yourself to come to your mat, to take time for yourself, to use tools and traditions to bring you to the state of mind where you are most effective and enlivened.

When you pay for something, you make a commitment to use it. If you pay for the food in your fridge, you make every effort to use it effectively and not let it go to waste. When you pay for this online, you make a commitment not to waste your money, not to waste your time, but to invest in what makes everything else in your day better.
