Inner Sun Retreat: Xinalani Resort, Mexico
June 20-25, 2026
What if you finally gave yourself permission to shine?
We’ve all felt it—that sense that we’re just practicing on the surface. We show up to the mat, we do the movements, but the "Inner Sun" we keep hearing about feels just out of reach, buried under the noise of a busy life.
You aren't doing anything wrong. You’ve just been acting as an apprentice to your own practice—learning the steps, following the rhythm, and waiting for that moment where it all finally clicks.
What if that "click" isn't something you have to work harder for? What if it’s something that happens naturally when you change the environment?
Wake up to the Ocean. Find your Inner Sun.
An invitation to step out of the "doing" and into the "being."
Join for a 5-day Summer Solstice journey at Xinalani, Mexico | June 20–25, 2026.
Imagine waking up to the rhythmic pulse of the Pacific, the air warm on your skin and the scent of salt on the breeze. Accessible only by boat, Xinalani is a sanctuary where the world falls away.
On the longest day of the year, join Martha for a five-day immersion into your own radiance. This isn't just a yoga retreat; it’s a recalibration of your spirit. Through the 5 Koshas, we’ll move from the physical body into deep, soul-level bliss—leaving you more "yourself" than you’ve felt in years.
There is a reason we are gathering on the Summer Solstice. It’s the longest day of the year—a natural peak of light. It’s the perfect container to stop "managing" your energy and start embodying it.
Imagine returning home not just "rested," but recalibrated. Not just as a student of yoga, but as the Artisan of your own inner peace.

"I know there were people there who knew Martha's yoga really well, but I was new to her and nervous. She made the postures and the ideas possible. I left feeling so different. I even got to like the crazy kundalini in the mornings because they were lighthearted and I was allowed to take my time with it all."
