How to build a daily kundalini practice

Start here. It changes everything.

Intro To Kundalini / Breath Of Fire

This is a quick introduction to the basic reason for practice, the energy of our bodies, and how we can use consistency to build a better understanding of who we are here to be.

Also, we learn the technique of Breath of Fire and the opening mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. We will use these in our Daily Practice video.

PRACTICE /

Basic Breath Series

For much of our day, our breath is erratic and a reaction to our circumstances. When we take the time to give our breath pattern, consistency, and direction we are doing the same for our thoughts.

This practice can be used each day to shift from an unintentional to an intentional state of mind.

PRACTICE /

Daily Practice for the Spine

This is a great place to begin your kundalini practice. Try this for 40 days and see how you feel - potentially calmer, inspired, taller, steady. You can do it.
