WINTER 1 :: inner ability
This sequence builds the focus of our attention so we can refine our inner movement during this time of physical rest. Dormancy is potent. It is an integration of daylight experiences so we return evolved into the light of spring.
Expect simple, strong physical postures held for 3-5 breaths to build extension through the spine and a series of movements that move energy from the base to the crown. 11 minute breath for the sushumna - the central channel - balances left & right, action & stillness.
