One class, coming up…

When do we practice?

We meet live 8-9am EST Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, every class is recorded and available after we conclude. You can download the recording and replay it as you like.

What do I need?

A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a strap or long scarf, and a compact (non-squishy) blanket are all useful. I don’t use all of them every day, but have these props on hand if you can.

What if I am totally new?

All levels are welcome.

I start every class with simple mobility movements and yoga postures to open and warm the body. Then we build the kriyas - the sustained gestures. I will always start with modifications and then arrive at the full posture. You work where your body can sustain you.
