Live Classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 - 9 am EST / 5-6am PST via Zoom (link sent upon purchase)
Recordings are available an hour after class.
Each course is $250 and includes:

Each day, while the sequence is the same, the teaching is different based on where we are in the sequence. Expect a curated, seasonal 40 DAY sequence
3 weekly live classes with Martha, on non-live days you replay the recorded previous day. In this way you begin to build your own ability to show up for yourself.
This is a community of committed practitioners, some of whom have gathered online for over 5 years. This is a ritual of practice that holds lives and families and work in place like good soil.
Once the 40 days are complete you still have unlimited access to class replays.
Monday Membership $80
allows access to live Monday Zoom classes and replays to Monday classes 8-9am EST. It’s a chance to stay up with the live seasonal teachings of the sequence without the full commitment to every class.
