I am learning to do more. My nervous system is adjusting to new pace, new intensity. Good things.

I find routine gets rusty quickly, and even routine needs refinement.

This weekend is an example of how I stop time, stop making/doing/being my routine.

I get out of my head, I feed it just the slightest inspiration and idea, then get into my body and listen.

I get into my body and write. I get into my body and I interrupt the way I’ve moved so the next movement can come through.

Set up your home space. Enjoy the zoom then turn it off.

Invite a friend. Cook for yourself. Walk between sessions.
